-Look to you-

That is the title of 2005 Hillsong United album! I LOVE every single song in this album! It's awesome! :) It just got released yesterday and I got it straight away! hee. You know, when it comes to buying CDs, I always think twice before I actually purchase it... which usually results in me burning a copy of it instead few months later. haha. But I always get hyped up when it comes to getting Hillsong CDs, especially when I had been there for the recording, I knew that the strong presence of God was there that night and I'm sure everyone was impacted by the great worship, including me. I just go so hyper when I see thousands of people getting so passionate over worship in the house of God! Everytime without fail, it challenges me to worship God like never before, to take that extra step and give all that I've got to God because He deserves every single ounce of energy we have! And I come out of it feeling I can take on anything that comes my way! That feeling is just... AWESOME! It's crazy!

Last night was no exception! It was the Hillsong album recording and we worshipped for 2 and a half hours!!!!! Honestly, in the early arvo, I was thinking of backing out and go home instead to sleep because I was really tired. I wasn't feeling too well either. But guess what! The moment the worship started, "tired" was not a word that existed and I worshipped God with everything I've got. God was the strength inside of me! And I enjoyed myself totally. I thank God for Hillsong church; the people who are so passionate about God and I will never take for granted the opportunity that I've been given to be able to be part of it. :)

Anyway... It's time I "indulge" myself into my assessments AGAIN. They are the "Temptresses" and I, the victim? hahahaa... that was SO lame and it didn't make much sense did it now?! OH well! :)

Random thought: For easter this year, Hillsong is inviting sonic flood and delirious to perform.. a first! I bet that would be pretty cool... Two of the well renowned christian bands together i figure? Hmm.. I'm thinking of going.. but I'm not sure yet. See how it goes...

That same ol' feelin

Yeah. I hate it. I've been SO busy lately. Finally, I am stressed out again. 6 assessments cramped up in a month. Initially, it was all good. Pretty laid-back... then! Everything just piles up all at one go. AND... this is when the pressure starts amounting and I feel it more and more each day. I reckon it's like a cycle of some sort, where it gradually builds up....and finally... reaches the max... and then, it starts to slow down again... and this cycle just repeats itself over and over again untill I finish the studying phase! yeah... does that makes sense? SIGH.

I guess that's life hey?! I realised I've actually done something constructive for the first time today during my free period! I guess it's because I know it would be impossible to finish all my work home. I don't have that much time man! Because.... I'm gonna take up funk dancing starting next week! OH YEAH! Can't wait! At least now, I get to tell people I actually do some sort of exercise! hahaha... You know... It's all got to do with "THE balance" (stupid school joke)!!!!! haha. Ok...I should go now. I really got tons of more work waiting for me to attend to. GREAT. Oh. And I guess I won't have time to put up pictures anytime soon. Maybe after all the stupid assessments are over.

p.s Few days ago, I came back from school and saw Cain in his backyard, from my window, and boy! He has a hot body. No kidding. He is tanned and he was topless. haha. OH YEAH. haha. But I realised he is a painter. hahahaa.... That is why he wasn't working then when i saw him. He must have just finished his last job for the day, which was why he was just relaxing on his chair at home. haha.... OH WELL.

The return of the hailstorm!

I wanted to put up a post yesterday cuz I had so much I wanted to say. However, the stupid internet connection was so slow for the first time plus it was kinda later when I reached home. Firstly, I dreamt of him again. It was a sweet dream. :) Sigh. I miss him.

Anyway, Saturday started off pretty hot! By 1130am, the temperature was at least a 34-38 degree celsius? BUT! 20 minutes after we reached home from lunch, it started raining heavily and without warning, there was a hailstorm. MAN! This time, the hailstorm was pretty bad. The hailstones were the size of a 50cent coin each? Our whole backyard was covered with it and it looked like snow! One stupid hailstone hit my leg and gave me a red patch while I was opening the gararge door for my dad. And of course I screamed and so did Alaine! :) You see, we normally park the car outside the garage as we're too lazy to park it in! Therefore, my dad had to run out and drive it in. Honestly, I was scared. The wind was at least 100km/h and together with those hailstones, the roof tiles might be damaged or even worse, there might be a hole in the roof?! The noise that it made was so loud that my mum who was in the shower, rushed out wrapped up in a towel! She was afraid the roof would collapse on her! haha. It was kinda funny though.

At Katrina's house, they had a blackout for a few hours and she said the hailstones were the size of a golfball! Whoa...! The hailstorm was pretty much the main reason why everyone turned up late for the surprise birthday party. And it wasn't much of a surprise for the birthday girl! hahaha.... But we had a great time at Outback steak house. As usual, I ordered more than I could eat! (Angela forbids me to have big entrees the next time round cuz she has to help finish it for me! hee hee :) But what are friends for? hahahaha!)

I reckon I must have laughed too much, which eventually caused my tummy to hurt for a lil' while and I only ate half of what was on my plate! Oh by the way, Angela drove me home! It was good fun! Her car was SO long! It's crazy! I would never dare to drive in her car! OH! AND! At a traffic light, I thought the car next to us was Katrina's brother and I started waving! haha... What happens next? The guys in the car gave us a weird look! hahah.....Farout! It was late at night and it was raining...so I'm excused! :) Oh...I'm such a silly billy?!

O.K. THAT was a pretty long entry! haha. There was just so much that had happened, that I couldnt possibly miss out but to say it all! Oh well! That's me for you! :)

How old am I again?

Random thought: I reckon I don't behave like a 17-turning-18 yr old chick! haha. The way I act and speak is so typical 14-yr-old? The high-pitched screaming, the whining, the giggles over small issues...etc. are just contributing minor factors? :) Hmmm. I don't know. I guess I just want to have as much fun as I can in high school. After all, I've only got 3 terms more in this school! :) Wait a second... I just don't see the connection here. What has it got to do with high school?! I think I'm the same even outside of school... HMMMM. hahahaaaaa.. ahhh... I make no sense.

OH WELL. Math after-school lesson today was slack-ish again. It's the weather, I tell ya! I strongly believe that the weather determines the outcome of a lesson! hahaha. Shane Pattern was playing his guitar outside our classroom. The boys were sitting at the window seats, singing along with him. Well, as for me...I got kinda bored. :) So.. I randomly took out a pink pen and drew an approx. 12cm line across Donica's white blouse. hee hee. Then! She took her red pen and started drawing on me. hahaha. See! If thaz not a 14-yr-old thing to do, then what is?! haha. OoOoO...I'm starvin! Din din time!! YUMmmM.

I'm gonna post up the CNY party pictures and some others soon... so check out for that! Soon...

Tomorrow's weather: 19-25 degrees. Clearing shower

BoOrInnnG!!!

I am SO bored! I reckon Angela, Molly and I are the only ones on the computer now during our free period, while the rest are studying upstairs. BooooRinnnggg!!!! And the best part is that we had a short assembly and now, we've got a long free period! Kapish!?

Next door neighbour

Today's lessons were such a drag. It was SO hot and I was feeling SO lethargic and I'm pretty sure so did everyone else. Legal class was a cracker though. Halfway through the lesson...

Mr Doherty: We have come to the end of our focus study:crime. Now,to finish it off, all of you have to complete a 25 marks HSC question. Start crackin.

He then walks around the class...

Maggie: Mr Doherty, I'm feeling so cranky now. I wasn't feeling this way a period before!
Sarah: Mr Doherty, can I please do for a quick drink-stop?
Hamish: Mr Doherty, can we go to the dam for a swim?

Hahahahaa.... My classmates are hillarious. And of course, random! Oh. By the way, our school do have a dam. Apparently, there are also "friendly" eels who lives in the dam too! The boys even gave it names! haha.

Well... I realised I haven't said anything about my new neighbour who moved in not long ago! His name is Cain. :) I absolutely love his eyes! They're gorgeous. :) Judging by the way he speaks, he is a typical aussie bloke. I wonder how old he is. Hmm.. I reckon he would be about 23-35 yrs old? Sigh. Too old for me! hahahaha. Yeah... Anyway, now I gotta make sure I close my curtains when I dance around my room with the loud music...OR when I'm underdressed? hahaha... You see, my house is situated VERY close to the house next to us. It is so close that I can actually see who is in the room across me (their facial features as well), without my glasses! UH-HUH. :) Woot woot! Kapish?! haha. Gdnite!

Valentines Day

Today was a pretty cool day. Firstly, I absolutely love Mondays because I get to go home at 220pm. Oh YEAHHHHH.... :) Well, this is what you will get when you have 11 units. For those who actually could be bothered to do 13 units.... SUCKED IN! haha. Why bother stress yourself out so much and work more than you need to?! haha. I realised that I'm gettin so lazy. I reckon I've been aussie-fied! haha. OH! I got to meet up with my dad's friend and his family from Singapore over the weekend. They got their Australia PR recently. I was talkin to their daughter, who coincidentally, is also from stc! She is sec 3 this year. She told me that she hated stc cuz the teacher had been really rude and mean to her. Honestly, I have no idea what is wrong with Singaporean teachers. Sigh. They just gotta try and relax a lil' more man. No wonder they are so ugly and wrinkly because they are always grumpy! EW. They make me sick.

Anyway, back to school stuff. Today, the girls were carrying flowers given by their boyfriends everywhere they went. Apparently, those flowers were delivered to the school reception just for them. How sweeeeet! AND! Amy's boyfriend from Pacific Hills drove all the way to our school during his lunch time just to give her a huge bouquet of roses! AWWWWWWW! AND! Allan was staring at the teddy bear that his girlfriend gave him during econmics. It was hillarious though when Mrs Osterland asked him to concentrate in class and stop dreaming. haahaaa...

By the way, I've got a date with Mr. T tonight. hahaahhaaa... How cool! :) Happy Valentines Day, peeps! Love ya all... especially the frequent readers of my blog... hahaa!

Reckless driver

Yep. That would be me, thanks! I skipped maths and business class today just to take my driving test and I failed yet again. I'm so fustrated especially this time round. Reason being that I knew I had to signal left before I exit the roundabout, but I didn't. I thought it wasn't complusory ... but it was. Sigh. My reverse parking and others were PERFECTO and I actually gave way this time...but alas! I was THAT close to getting my P's.

Oh well. I guess this teaches me to be more humble and at least now, I know how it feels like to be in this situation, and not mock at others (e.g my mum!) instead! Cuz I know exactly how they feel. If I look on the brighter side, I guess at least I didn't get into an accident or somethin. Thank God for that. :)

I don't feel like speaking further. All I feel like doin now is to listen to some music and settle into lala land. Cuz that is where I don't have anything in the world to miss, worry or ponder about. Nite.

*ShRiEkSsSsS*

Oh man. My driving test is tomorrow. :( I hate tests! Especially driving tests at Castle Hill!!!!!! It gets me all stressed up for nothin. Oh well. If i fail again, IT'S OK. I will just go to another suburb to take my test! hee.Anyway, school was kinda boring today. I felt so sleepy. I guess it's because of the spring-cleaning that my mum forced me to do the night before till 12am! GREAT! Now, my room is spotless! It looks SO nice and clean and... new? haha.

Well, my highlight today was after lunch. The bell rang. Everyone picked up their folders. Angela picked up hers while I was still sitting down. I was too lazy to get up. ha. THEN. She started screaming and threw her folder and her pencil case and her yearbook away! I thought... oh no! It must be some sort of insect/animal invasion! Without looking at anyone or anything, I screamed SO loud and I jumped up onto the bench we were sitting on. Continued screaming and then I looked around and saw my friends staring at me. I stopped. haha. Ange told me she saw a fat tail sticking outa her folder and her first reaction was to throw the lizard (It's a VERY long one. It's about the size of a chameleon or slightly longer than that. No kidding. We saw it before lurking around in the drains. haha) away... and somehow, it happened to come into MY direction. She said the lizard was inches away from landing onto my skirt. I bet if it really did, I would have cried. Really. I HATE creepy crawlies! YUCK. If i ever see that stupid lizard again, i will make sure it eats poison somehow and DIE! haha.

Ahhhh... I'm starving! Time for arvo tea! hee. Happy Chinese New Year to everyone!!! Actually... to the Chinese people I mean. :)

Outnumbered

I had a pretty relaxed day today. I only had 4 periods. Had a last period free and Chapel took up first period. The worship was better than usual but um.. Mr Noble and his sermon/speech...haha. Everyone seemed to be falling asleep...including me. haha. I mean, come on! It was the first period on a monday! OH! And what is it with the previous and current chaplains being bald-headed?! hahahahaaaaaaa....

Anyway, I realised something...There are 20 guys and 4 girls in my economics class! haha. Goodness! We, girls, have been outnumbered! BUT! it's ok.... haha. I'm not complaining. I think it's because we are in a new classroom this year and the seating arrangements are slightly different. That is why i thought something's not right, compared to last year's. Now, 4 of us owns the last row at the corner. We look around... and we're surrounded by guys! haha. Amy told me she's lovin it! haha. So did we! :)

I was walking with Angela up to the top to meet my Dad when she told me that there was not a single cloud in the sky. The sky was SO blue. I wanted to prove her wrong by trying to point a cloud out to her! But i couldn't! haha. I was looking at the sky from school all the way home. Not a single sight of a cloud! I thought...this is not gonna be good! Cuz this means... it's gonna be a very HOT day today and tomorrow. True enough, tomorrow's weather is gonna be 31-38 degrees!

(I was thinkin... Water fight. Lunchtime tomorrow! Anyone up for that?! Please do not spoil the fun of it all by wearing a singlet underneath your blouse! hahahahahaaaaa......!!!!!)

On Fire

By Switchfoot
Tell you where you need to go
Tell you who you need to be
Tell you what you need to know
Tell you when you need to leave
But everything inside you knows
Says more than what you've heard
So much more than empty conversations
Filled with empty words
And you're on fire
When he's near you
You're on fire
When he speaks
You're on fire
Burning at these mysteries
Give me one more time around
Give me one more chance to see
Give me everything you are
Give me one more chance to be...near you
Cause everything inside looks like
Everything I hate
You are the hope I have for change
You are the only chance I'll take
I'm standing on the edge of me
I'm standing on the edge

How beautifully-written. I was listening to it today after Mon's sermon and man... I was about to cry. It makes my heart ache so much because it's so true. I believe I've been in that situation so many times before. Thank you Lord for always being there for me. Thank you.

Scorching sun + hailstone = What the?!

My timetable for part of today was as follow:

845am-915am: Assembly
915am-1015am: Free period
1015am-1115am: Business Studies

Therefore, I had it all perfectly planned out. I chose not to turn up for assembly cuz it would be too hot to sit on the grass under the sun for half an hr! So, I woke up at 930am, took my time to get dress and got to school. I strolled to class and I saw everyone in class already! Something's wrong. No one gets to class on time! I went in... the teacher stared at me, with that suspicious look on her face. UH-OH! No arvos pleaseeeeee...

Mrs Wadlow: You are 15 minutes late for class. May i know why?
Me: I... thought I had a free period before and I was just following according to my timetable. (I didn't want to lie to her although I was thinking of telling her i was sick. haha.)
Mrs Wadlow: So you are a fearless leader now eh? (It's just random stuff that was being carried on from tutor time)

Everyone laughed at me for the excuse i made. But honestly, I had no idea that the assembly was cancelled and that my lesson was pushed forward. :( Oh well. Consequences from bludging. THEN! As if the school knew i hated assembly, they made us have it at noon time! OH MY GOODNESS! The sun was SO hot, i felt like i'd been put into an oven! really. And all because of them, my Dad had to drive to school again just to pass me my hat or else i would have gone for a detention next week.

I have after-school math lessons every Wednesday cuz the school could not fit it during school hours, when i have 4hrs of school time free a week!!! How incompetent are they?! I did nothing today cuz the teacher didn't teach us anything. He just asked us to practice maths questions. (AS IF I COULDN'T JUST GO HOME AND DO IT MYSELF!) It's simply outrageous. haha.

Halfway thru lesson, lightning came, then thunder, then STRONG WINDS, HEAVY rain, then hailstones! Wait a second! It was at least a 38 degree before and now... THIS?! haha. It was crazy. Bethany went outa the classroom and her skirt just flew up cuz the wind was very very strong. haha. She bent down, picked up a hailstone, came into class, put it into her mouth and spit it back out when Martin told her, "I think the hailstone is not clean." HAHAHAHA... I had a good laugh. What a day!

First day back

Today was an extremely hot day and we had an awfully long assembly. Sigh. Back to reality once again... School and its routines. But, I guess it's good in a way to have assignments that has to be met. At least I'm working my brain and I know I'm not brain-dead! Dear God, please help me through this! 3 MORE TERMS AND I'M DONE WITH HIGH SCHOOL! Lessons today was a drag and i fell asleep a little during English while watching stupid Antony and Cleopatra and Maths.

MAN! and I will not forgive Mr Barnitt for leaving our school and whoever who put Mr Rogerson into our class instead of your class, Angela! You should be very thankful that you've got OUR teacher, Mrs Freak! haha. :) Mr Rogerson goes so so so s...l...o...w. He explains T...W...O and i mean T...W...O E..A..S..Y questions in an hour lesson today! OH MY GOSH. I'm disgusted! Sigh. What to do eh? Just take a nap I reckon! haha.

Random Question from Joan to Foreshew in the Library today, "Do you have a hole in your scull?" hahahahahaaaa! (We had to go to the Library during lunch cuz all of us did'nt have our hats with us. Grrr... But it was good fun being in the Library.)

Anyway, I do not wish to blog further. I'm dead tired. I actually did not have my 1-hr arvo nap and did my homework and some reading instead for 3 full hrs!! Goodness, I hope i keep this routine daily (which I highly doubt it!) then at least I know I'm on the right track? haha. Bye for now.

(I'm just sitting in my chair waiting for Michael Jackson to be jailed for life for general deterrence, incapicitation and retribution! He does not deserve ANY sort of rehabilitation. He makes me feel sick. HE IS A PEDOPHILE! ewww!)
